2. Content we process
When you save or sync them, we process board titles, phrases, selected photos, recordings, typed messages, choice and conversation history, preferences, and optional profile images. These can reveal personal details about you or other people. Only add photos or voices with appropriate permission. Temporary drafts may remain on your device until an upload succeeds.
We process product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase and coin records needed to prevent duplicate credits and maintain entitlements. Apple processes payment authorization and card details; Vequlio does not receive full card numbers. We do not require a medical diagnosis or analyze voices to identify a person.
4. Server storage and retention
Confirmed content is sent to service servers so it can be saved and restored with the same account. Photos and recordings are uploaded as separate media files; board records refer to those files. The app may keep local drafts and cached copies for offline use. A change is recoverable from the server only after the app reports successful sync. Do not assume that removing the app deletes server records.
Media links may be accessible to anyone who has the full link. Avoid uploading material that must remain secret, and use the app's sharing controls carefully. We use access controls for private board records and transport encryption, but no storage service can promise absolute security. Deleting a board does not automatically remove copies previously exported or shared, and media removal can lag behind a record deletion. We retain data while the account is active and as needed for backups, security, legal obligations and purchase reconciliation; contact us for a deletion request.
